2. How can I upload my site to the server by FTP?
In order to use FTP first you must download a "FTP client". A good software for Windows is cuteFTP (can download the trial version from here).
The necessary information to setup the cuteFTP are the following ones:

FTP Host Address: (ftp.your_domain.com)
FTP site User name: (your username)
FTP site Password: (your password)
FTP site conecction port: 21

3. How can I create an FTP account?
By the Control Panel you can add, publish and delete the FTP accounts. When it creates an account must enter the user name, password and the directory name to where you wish that it is acceded with that user.

4. I made changes by FTP and after that the web page show error (forbidden) Why?
Consider that you must name the main file of the page like index.html or index.htm as well as that this file must be located in the folder "wwwroot".
